About Us

Brookdale Pet Center has been a family-run member of the Brookdale neighborhood since 1994.We are a small business that puts our animals first. All of our livestock have been kept with us for a minimum of 7 days and have recieved a vet check up before they are avaliable for sale. This ensures that the animal is healthy when sold and also under the least amount of stress possible when you bring your new friend home. We also make it a point to socialize our animals so they are happy to be handled.

Aside from potential new pets, we also stock a wide variety of quality pet products for dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, birds, reptiles, fresh and salt water fish, hermit crabs and pretty much every other pet you can think of. And if you can't find it here, we can order it for you! Stop by and  check us out. We are located at 1054 Broad St. in Bloomfield, NJ, right off of Watchung Ave and near Brookdale Park.

Monday - Saturday: 10 AM - 7 PM
Sunday: 11 AM - 4 PM
